Our farmers harvest cacao with special care and guaranteeing a unique, natural and quality aroma and flavor. The characteristics of Colombian cacao are floral, walnut, malt and fruit flavors. We guarantee the humidity and fermentation levels requested by our customers. Our portfolio includes whole cocoa grains, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, cocoa powder and cocoa nibs.
Cocoa Nibs
Small pieces of crunchy cocoa beans with a delicious and intense flavor and aroma characteristic of pure chocolate.
Cocoa Powder
Powder extracted from the pressing of cocoa liquor, through the pulverization of the cocoa cake.
Cocoa Butter
This product comes from the pressing of cocoa liquor. Thanks to the high content of antioxidants and the smooth texture, the cocoa butter is a natural ingredient used for the preparation of fine chocolate and in the manufacture of food, cosmetic products and soaps.
Cocoa Liquor
Pure chocolate in liquid form obtained from the grinding of the cocoa beans, shelled and roasted.
